Mission Statement
Herald Family Rebuilding Center
(HFRC) assists couples experiencing relational
difficulties to restore their family relationships.
We also empower single parents and their
families during their post-divorce struggles
through workshops, support group meetings
and individual counseling. HFRC advocates for
the family values and engages in preventive
effort to protect and foster family unity.
